A word used to excuse professionals from their duty to provide reasonable adjustments.
Example - Harry needs to build RESILIENCE to daily school life.
seND Translation - we are blaming a child for the disabling effects of daily school life by telling them they need to learn to mask their difficulties and be more ”normal”.
This word has no place in any Childs EHCP!
