I'm Jess Cain.
I created Send Family Instincts in 2018. Since then we have helped thousands of families, professionals and young people to achieve safe and fulfilling outcomes through the EHCP and SEND system in the UK.
This is why our memberships are confidential, quick response and non-judgemental.
We truly listen and give you the law and knowledge you need, without you having to search high and low online.
Our paid services are always kept at the lowest cost possible and we have free options to help available too.
We are here to help you build your knowledge and grow strong enough to embrace the journey, no matter the highs and lows.

My Story
As an Autistic PDA/ADHD mother to 5 children, I know all about the struggles that come when parenting and supporting children with Special educational needs and disability. The part I found the hardest is the isolation when you are going through things that others around you do not understand.
The day to day struggle faced when navigating the challenges for a whole family can feel truly endless and exhausting.
I started Send Family Instincts after having to go through the family court system myself. I felt so alone at the time, every day I wondered how I would get everything done to help my kids achieve safety, as well as all the day to day life chores as lone mother.
My biggest sadness was the confusion, resulting in huge amount of questions I had about my case and the possible next steps.
I simply had no one to turn to.
I knew that if I had a place to ask my questions the trauma I experienced would have been far less and would have helped me to deal with the never ending admin, emails, calls and meetings.
I am a PDAer and for me that means I have a Passionate Drive for Autonomy. It also means I am very secretive so asking in groups and online for support did not feel like a safe option for me.
So I created the Send Family Magic memberships.
